1. Request Deletion
To request deletion of your YouAmazing account data and stored Google/YouTube-connected data, email support@youamazing.net from the email address associated with your YouAmazing account. Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
If an in-product deletion option is available in your account settings, you may also use that option.
2. What We Delete
A valid deletion request may include deletion of profile data, application settings, translation history where applicable, locally stored Google/YouTube authorization tokens, cached YouTube API Data, connected-channel data and other account data associated with the request, except records that must be retained by law or for legitimate billing, fraud-prevention or security purposes.
3. Processing Time
YouTube-related stored user data requested for deletion will be deleted as soon as possible and no later than 7 calendar days after the request, as required by the YouTube API Services Developer Policies. We may ask for reasonable information needed to verify that the requester controls the account.
4. Revoke Google/YouTube Access
You can separately revoke YouAmazing access to your Google/YouTube account at any time from your Google Account connections/security settings: https://myaccount.google.com/connections
Revoking access prevents new authorized API access using that authorization. If you also want data already stored by YouAmazing deleted, submit a Data Deletion Request.
5. YouTube Data Is Separate
Deleting data stored by YouAmazing does not delete videos, metadata or other data stored by YouTube. To delete or modify data on YouTube itself, use YouTube or another authorized API client that supports the relevant action.
