3. Service Description
YouAmazing is a SaaS platform that helps YouTube creators translate and localize video titles and descriptions into multiple languages using AI-powered and translation technologies.
YouAmazing accesses and updates YouTube data only through authorized Google/YouTube API functionality and only for features made available by the service.
4. User Accounts and Authorization
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your YouAmazing account and for activity performed through it. You must only connect Google/YouTube accounts and channels that you own or are authorized to manage.
You can revoke YouAmazing access to your Google/YouTube data at any time through your Google Account connections page: https://myaccount.google.com/connections
5. User-Initiated YouTube Actions
Actions that modify YouTube metadata are initiated by the user. YouAmazing may generate or suggest translated titles and descriptions, but the user chooses the videos and languages and initiates the translation/update workflow.
You are responsible for reviewing generated translations and ensuring that content submitted to YouTube is accurate, lawful and appropriate for your channel.
6. Credits and Payments
YouAmazing uses a pay-as-you-go credit system. Credits are consumed according to the pricing and workflow shown to you before a translation job is started.
Credits are digital service credits and may not be transferable. Used credits are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where YouAmazing confirms a technical billing error.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use YouAmazing for spam, abusive automation, illegal content, unauthorized account or channel access, attempts to bypass Google/YouTube platform limits, credential theft, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable law, the YouTube Terms of Service, or applicable Google/YouTube API policies.
8. AI and Translation Output
AI-generated or machine-translated output may contain errors and may require review. You are responsible for checking translations before publication and for deciding whether to use the output.
9. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, violate these Terms, create security or compliance risk, or engage in fraudulent payment activity. Where appropriate, Google/YouTube authorization and associated stored API data may also be removed.
10. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. YouAmazing is not responsible for indirect losses, YouTube or Google platform changes, channel performance, third-party service interruptions, or decisions made by third-party platforms.
