YouAmazing is a SaaS platform that helps YouTube creators translate and localize video metadata and related content into multiple languages using AI-powered tools.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You should only connect YouTube channels that you own or are authorized to manage.
4. Credits and Payments
YouAmazing uses a pay-as-you-go credit system. Credits are used when translation jobs are started, usually based on the number of selected videos and target languages.
Credits are digital products and may not be transferable. Used credits are not refundable except where required by law or where YouAmazing confirms a technical billing error.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use YouAmazing for spam, abusive automation, illegal content, unauthorized channel access, attempts to bypass platform limits or any activity that violates Google, YouTube or applicable law.
6. AI Output
AI-generated translations may require review. You are responsible for checking translations before publishing and for ensuring that localized content is accurate and suitable for your audience.
7. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, violate these terms, create risk for the platform or engage in fraudulent payment activity.
8. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, YouAmazing is not liable for indirect losses, platform changes, channel performance or third-party service interruptions.
