1. Overview
YouAmazing is an AI-powered YouTube localization platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we access, collect, use, process, store, share and delete when you use YouAmazing and its Google/YouTube-connected features.
YouAmazing uses YouTube API Services. By using Google or YouTube-connected features, you authorize YouAmazing to access only the data required for the localization functions you choose to use.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect account information such as your name, email address, login method, credit balance, purchase records, translation history, settings, support messages, security logs and technical diagnostic information.
When you sign in with Google or connect YouTube, we may process Google authorization information and YouTube API Data required to identify your connected channel, retrieve videos you are authorized to manage, read video titles and descriptions, display video metadata, determine existing localizations, and update translated titles and descriptions when you explicitly request that action.
We do not ask for or store your YouTube password.
3. Google and YouTube API Services
YouAmazing uses YouTube API Services and Google OAuth authorization to provide YouTube localization functionality.

Use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. How We Use and Process Information
We use account information to authenticate users, operate accounts, maintain credits and purchases, provide customer support, prevent abuse, diagnose technical issues and maintain the reliability and security of the service.
We use authorized YouTube data only to provide the YouTube localization workflow requested by the user. This includes retrieving eligible videos and metadata, showing that information to the authorizing user, translating titles and descriptions, and submitting metadata updates to YouTube only after the user initiates the translation or update action.
YouAmazing does not use Google or YouTube user data for advertising, remarketing, profiling, or unrelated marketing purposes.
5. Sharing and Service Providers
YouAmazing does not sell, rent or trade Google or YouTube user data.
Information may be processed by service providers that are necessary to operate YouAmazing, such as hosting and infrastructure providers, database or storage providers, translation processing providers, security and monitoring providers, email providers, and payment processors. Such providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services to YouAmazing and subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.
Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law, legal process, or a valid governmental request, or where reasonably necessary to protect users, YouAmazing, or the security of the service.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
YouAmazing and service providers used to operate the platform may store, access, collect or recognize information on your device or browser through cookies and similar technologies.
These technologies may be used for authentication, maintaining login sessions, security, fraud prevention, remembering necessary preferences, service functionality and technical diagnostics. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although disabling necessary cookies may prevent parts of YouAmazing from functioning correctly.
7. Data Storage and YouTube API Data Retention
YouAmazing stores information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security and enforce applicable agreements.
YouTube API Data is handled in accordance with the YouTube API Services Developer Policies. Stored YouTube API Data that is subject to a 30-day refresh or deletion requirement is refreshed or deleted within that period. Authorized YouTube statistics are not relied upon indefinitely without re-verifying authorization and freshness.
Authorization tokens may be stored while necessary to provide Google/YouTube-connected functionality requested by an active user and are deleted when the relevant connection or stored user data is removed.

9. Revoking YouAmazing Access
You can revoke YouAmazing access to your Google/YouTube account at any time through your Google Account connections/security settings: https://myaccount.google.com/connections
After access is revoked, YouAmazing can no longer make new authorized YouTube API requests using that authorization. Revoking Google access does not by itself delete data stored in your YouAmazing account; use the Data Deletion procedure below if you also want stored data removed.
10. Data Deletion
You can request deletion of stored YouAmazing data by emailing support@youamazing.net from the email address associated with your account and using the subject Data Deletion Request. You may also use any in-product deletion option that is made available in your account settings.
A valid request to delete stored YouTube-related user data will be processed as soon as possible and no later than 7 calendar days after the request, as required by the YouTube API Services Developer Policies. Deleting data stored by YouAmazing does not delete data stored by YouTube. To delete or change content on YouTube itself, use YouTube or another authorized client that supports that action.
Some billing, tax, anti-fraud or security records may be retained where required or permitted by applicable law, but they are not used to continue Google/YouTube API access after deletion.
11. Security
YouAmazing uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Production pages are intended to be served over HTTPS and sensitive runtime/configuration files are restricted from public access.
No internet-based service or electronic storage system can guarantee absolute security.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the service, applicable law, or Google/YouTube requirements change. If our use of Google user data materially changes, we will provide appropriate notice and obtain updated consent where required.
