1. Digital Credit Purchases

YouAmazing sells digital translation credits. Credits are delivered to the user account and can be used for YouTube localization workflows.

2. Used Credits

Credits that have already been used for translation jobs are generally non-refundable, because the digital service has already been delivered.

3. Unused Credits

Refund requests for unused credits may be reviewed case by case. Approval may depend on payment provider rules, fraud checks, regional consumer laws and account activity.

4. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If a payment is duplicated or credits are not delivered due to a verified technical issue, contact support and we will investigate the transaction.

5. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment abuse may lead to account suspension, credit removal or additional verification.
